At Mountain Strength Coaching, training isn’t just about lifting weights or chasing numbers—it’s about building a body that supports the life you want to live. Whether that means long alpine days in the Sierra, wrestling with your dog in the backyard, or simply waking up pain-free and ready to move—your training should serve you.

I believe in mindful movement—a practice rooted in presence, awareness, and connection. Every session is built to cultivate strength, mobility, and resilience in a way that fits your goals and honors your experience. No gimmicks. No ego. Just focused, intentional work.

My background spans over a decade in competitive lifting—Olympic Weightlifting, Powerlifting, and Track & Field—but my true passion is helping everyday people feel powerful in their own skin. You don’t need to be an athlete to train like one. You just need a little curiosity, a bit of consistency, and the right guide.

We’ll build strength that transfers—to the trail, the paddleboard, the ski tour, the workbench, or the playground. We’ll balance intensity with recovery. Structure with play. Effort with breath.

Because strong isn’t just how much you can lift.
Strong is how you move through the world.
